If you would like to make a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your book, please ensure your book has been unopened and undamaged before you contact our customer service team via our online chat or at info@wonderlandbooks.co.uk. We will ask for your order number, name, email, address and whether you want to return and exchange or return and refund. Our team will assist you with this by sending you the necessary form to fill out and once we have received your book in it's original condition, a refund/exchange will be issued.

PLEASE NOTE We DO NOT accept refund/exchange on any personalised items as we will be unable to resell.

At Wonderland Books, we make every effort to ship your order within 24 - 48 hours of receiving it. After that, the delivery time will depend on your chosen shipping method and your location.

For standard shipping within the UK, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 - 5 business days, however if you need your order sooner, we offer tracked 24 hours next business day as a shipping option.

We offer standard international shipping expected to be with yourselves within 7 - 10 business days or a tracked shipping method 5 - 10 business days.
